Is this resource available in different formats? (DVD, Download)
The resources we offer are available on DVD or by download. Only a certain number of films are available on DVD currently. See the website for details.
How do I get a copy of my receipt if I didn’t receive it through e-mail?
The e-mail receipt could have been caught in your spam filter or folder. You can log into your account, choose the order and re-print another copy of your receipt.
I clicked the “Finish Order” button more than once and as a result I was charged multiple times, how do I get a refund?
