  • Can I return or exchange the resource?

    Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with any shippable order you may return it for your money back. You will need to pay the postage on the return, provide us with your order number and mail it to

  • Is this resource available in different formats? (DVD, Download)

    The resources we offer are available on DVD or by download. Only a certain number of films are available on DVD currently. See the website for details.
  • How do I get a copy of my receipt if I didn’t receive it through e-mail?

    The e-mail receipt could have been caught in your spam filter or folder. You can log into your account, choose the order and re-print another copy of your receipt.
  • I clicked the “Finish Order” button more than once and as a result I was charged multiple times, how do I get a refund?

    Please contact us through us through the contact page on the website. We will be happy to look into it and refund any additional charges. Please provide your order number when you contact us.
  • I'm not able to finish the order process.

    Because of secure information involved in an online transaction, you computer must be allowed to accept "cookies". In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options...>Privacy> Pull the slider on the left down until it displays "Medium".

Questions About Using Global Short Film Network Resources

  • Am I allowed to play one of the Global Short Film Network films on my local cable TV channel or post it on my website?

    The distribution rights for our films don’t allow for broadcast showings of the films. However if your church service or event is broadcast on television or online you may show the film as part of your service or event. You are only able to show and project the films from your iPod, cell phone, computer, DVD player. Please refer to the usage agreement on the terms of service page.
  • Can I forward the short film I downloaded to other people?

    No. However, you may click on the “E-Mail to a Friend” link by each film to share the film preview with them.

Questions About Film Downloads

  • Which formats are available for download?

    The films are currently available in the .m4v format. More formats will be added soon. Each film is in English and other subtitled versions are available for certain films.
  • What is your refund policy for downloads?

    We currently don’t offer refunds for downloaded content. If you are having any problems with your download please contact us or re-download the film from your account.
  • Can I forward the short film I downloaded to other people?

    No. However, you may click on the “E-Mail to a Friend” link by each film to share the film preview with them.
  • How long do I have to download my short film after I’ve purchased it?

    You have an unlimited amount of time in which you are able to download each film. However, you only have up to three times that it can be downloaded.
  • I have completed my purchase, where do I go to download my short film?

    You have immediate access to your downloads from your account online. You may need to log on again with your username and password.
  • I did not receive an e-mail receipt after purchasing my short film.

    The e-mail receipt could have been caught in your spam filter or folder. You can log into your account, choose the order and re-print another copy of your receipt.
  • The link in the e-mail I received does not work.

    If you are having problems with the link, please contact us through the contact page on the website.
  • How long should it take to download my file?

    It depends on the speed of your internet connection. Dial-up user will experience longer download times.
  • What should I do if my download file stopped before finishing?

    You have up to three attempts to download the film. If you are having problems first check your internet connection and then try again. If the problem persists, please contact us.
  • I’m having trouble using my short film with my iTunes/iPod.

    We offer an iPod version to add to your iTunes library. To transfer the short film to your iTunes/iPod, first make sure that you have downloaded the iPod version from your account.
    Then, follow these steps:
    1. In iTunes, choose “Add to Library…” from the “File” menu.
    2. Find the iPod short film that you downloaded from the store.
    3. If your iPod automatically updates when you plug it into your computer, then the short film will automatically load itself onto your short film iPod. If you manually update your iPod when it is plugged into your computer, simply drag and drop the short film that you would like to load to your iPod from the iTunes library onto your iPod.
    4. Make sure you’ve checked the Sync Movies box on iTunes>iPod>Movies tab.
  • I don't feel comfortable entering my credit card info, is your site secure?

    The credit card information that you enter on the website is encrypted with 128-bit encryption code. It is not only encrypted in our website, but also in our database.

Questions About "My Account"

  • I forgot my username/password. How do I login to my account?

    First click on “Login” and just below the log-in boxes click on “Forgot Your Password”. Type in your log-in user name. Your password will then be sent to you by e-mail. If you have forgotten your User Name, please contact us.
  • How can I update my account information?

    After you have log-in to your account click on the “My Details” tab. You will be able to update your information there.
